To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sumbartoto shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming opportunity, or any financial loss resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or third-party payment processing delays.
Sumbartoto's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms, regardless of the basis of the claim, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User during the 12-month period immediately preceding the date of the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit sumbartoto's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Sumbartoto reserves the right to suspend or close any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed at the User's request (for non-breach reasons), any Real Money balance at the time of closure will be returned via the User's registered payment method after satisfactory KYC verification. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao, under which sumbartoto holds its international gaming licence. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect the rights or obligations of registered Users — sumbartoto will provide notice of the change by publishing a revised version of these Terms with an updated effective date and, where reasonably practicable, by notifying active Users via email or on-Platform notification.
Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
